Olive leaf tea boasts an exceptionally gentle and pleasant flavor, enriched with antioxidants and numerous beneficial effects. Olive leaves, the herbs used for this tea, originate from abandoned olive groves where the plants grow completely wild, without spraying or fertilization. This natural growth allows the tea to maintain its original quality.
The preparation of the tea is simple. In 1 dl of water, heated to about 90°C, add 1 olive leaf, cover the container, and wait for 15 to 20 minutes. For preparing a larger quantity, for example, in 1 liter of water, repeat the same process with the addition of 10 olive leaves. Olive leaf tea can also be enjoyed cold, as it maintains its refreshing taste even the next day. If desired, you can add honey and lemon juice to further enhance the delicious experience.
